TANDOORI CHICKEN TIKKA SALAD Slice of chicken tikka adraki, spring mix, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrots and red bell peppers with Mehfil-E-Mango home made dressing     $7.00

(1) SAAG PANEER
(Home made cottage cheese called Paneer cooked with spinach puree)
First fresh spinach is boiled and then made into puree form and is cooked in the base of onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes when done cubes of Paneer {home made cottage cheese} are added and heated.

(2) MEHFIL-E-MIX (MIX VEGETABLES)
Assorted vegetables(blue lake beans, cauliflower, carrots, white creamer, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cut corns)are cooked in a gravy of red onions, ginger, garlic and vine ripened tomatoes in a iron wok

 (3) CHICKEN HARAYALA
(Chicken cubes cooked in fresh spinach, red onions, and tomato gravy)
There are very few dishes, which are cooked with Asafetida; a dry gum of a particular tree found in upper Himalaya, The proper use of this gum is used to prepare several medicines treating stomach ailments and defective digestion system. Here chicken is cooked with the freshly chopped spinach adding over a blend of twenty spices in the gravy of red onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. $5.00

 (4)MEATBALL MASALA (CHEF’S SPECIAL)
Home made beef meatballs Braised in Fresh garlic, ginger, onions, and Roma Tomatoes Finished in a Masala of roasted Cloves and Cinnamon Bark. AN Excellent infusion With an Indian Flavor.

 Mango Lassi is mango juice and home made yogurt and milk.
Zaffrani Lassi is blend of over twenty different kinds’ of powdered dry fruits and sweet spices mixed with touch of saffron &milk                                                                                                        

DESERTS: Gulab Jamun: Cottage cheese dumpling enhanced with cardamom, saffron & roasted almonds ($ 3.00 each)
Rabri:
Cooked by boiling milk for about three to four hours, when the milk gets thick, sugar, saffron, honey and screw pine water is added and again boiled, served cold. ($ 3.00 each)
